Message from the President, Jan Wagner-Adkinson

Welcome to The Coppell Women’s Club website! We are excited to bring you a place you can come to get information about your club. 

Our membership consists of women of all ages - from our youngest in their 20's to the oldest in their 80's!  If you are interested in meeting new friends, ready to have some fun, looking for connections to your community, we have all that and MORE.   Membership in Coppell Women’s Club opens opportunities for new friendships, entertainment and learning experiences about the many aspects of our community.

You won’t want to miss out on what we have planned for this year! As a member you can participate in those programs and activities that suit you, including our general meetings, luncheons, special interest groups, and executive board. 

Our general meetings or luncheons are held on the first Wednesday of each month from September to May.  And once again, the year we have very interesting programs planned for you.  Dates and topics can be found on our Calendar page. If you’re not already a member, please consider attending a meeting as our guest to learn more about our club. 

From June through August, we take a break from our General meetings and programs, however, many of our Special Interest Groups (SIGs) continue to meet. SIGs are small groups who wish to pursue a particular topic such as reviewing a book or going on an excursion in the DFW area or to a movie or doing a community service project or walking around the mall to get exercise or wine tasting or eating out and more! It is a wonderful opportunity to share common interests while enjoying each other’s friendship. These groups meet at varying intervals depending upon the choice of group members.  For more details please see our SIG page.

Club members will have access to Members Only information.  This will include our Bulletin, directory, bylaws, even more SIG details and club specific information. 

The Club’s Executive Board leads the direction of the club as well as organizing the year’s activities.  If you would like to contact any member of your 2011-2012 Board, you can find our emails address on the Executive Board page.

Coppell Women’s Club is a worthwhile organization allowing women to gather together to learn from each other and from various speakers, and enjoy each other’s company. We are seeking new members who wish to join us in friendship and fellowship.  We hope that you will come to an upcoming meeting or program.  We'd love to meet you!
